Good day everyone and welcome to Beers and Such, the biggest and best craft beer review site ever written on my laptop. I will take you along with me as I try different craft beers, and occasionally post reviews sent in by followers.
This is one of those times. This review is brought to you by Jeremy D all the way from Barcelona, Spain. Enjoy.

This picture is taken in front of El Pont del Bisbe (the Bishop's Bridge), in Barrio Gótico (the Gothic Quarter) of Barcelona. It's one of the most iconic pictures of this city, and sadly, it is also a lie. It isn't a part of the old Roman city of Barcia. It's not even 100 years old. Built in 1929 it was supposed to be the beginning of a revival of the city centre in the old style, connecting the new city to the old. But the plan was rejected by the city council, and this was the only structure built. And this leaves you sad and bitter when you learn this information. What does this have to do with the beer? Well, nothing. And everything. This double black IPA looks cool, and takes and nice photo, however it leaves you feeling nothing bad sadness as the bitter flavour reminds you of the lie that is El Pont del Bisbe. Sure, it looks pretty, dark and mysterious. But that's it. Take your quick photo, drink this beer fast, and move on with your life. There's so much more Barcelona to explore, and Barrio Gótico is a beautiful twisting, winding adventure. Focus on that. And find better beer. 5/10.
